Carpenter
This position requires substantial experience and knowledge of a variety of home improvement projects and general home repairs including kitchens, bathrooms, and others. Examples of experience include installing cabinets, trim, doors, windows, flooring, tiling, decking, and rot repair. Finish carpentry and/or rough carpentry knowledge is expected in this role. This person should feel comfortable leading a team, working independently and with others.
Assistant Carpenter
This person will help prep jobs and assist the Lead Carpenter on all remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have some experience and knowledge of construction, including general home improvement, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and other interior and exterior projects. This person will part of a team, and should feel comfortable working independently and with others.
Laborer
This person will assist with daily operations at a construction site including but not limited to material prep, cleaning, and other physical tasks. Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work well independently and with others. No experience needed, but any and all home improvement or landscape experience is a plus in this position.
